Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Requirement

  • Our minimum order for both first-time and reorders is $300. This total must be before shipping costs are added.

Ready to Get Started?

  • Wholesale Account Registration: Sign up for a wholesale account below. Once your account is created, you will gain access to our wholesale pricing, browse our product catalog, and place orders directly through our website. Bulk pricing for each product is available upon login. It may take 14-21 days for review.

Retail Pricing

  • All wholesale products should be sold at the suggested retail price. A 30% maximum discount is permitted, but any discount beyond that needs prior written approval. Exceeding 30% unauthorized discounts will lead to the termination of your wholesale account and a permanent restriction from purchasing from The Lather Shack Soap Co.

Social Selling

  • The resale of our products via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of your wholesale account.

Online Sales

  • Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar stores only with an established website. 

Wholesale Pricing

  • Wholesale prices are visible upon login as an approved wholesaler. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

Payments

  • We accept payments via credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and PayPal.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight, typically ranging between 10%-15% of the order value. We strive to process and ship all orders within 10 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier (UPS).
  • Please note: orders are processed in the order that payments are received, not when orders are placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of shipping errors or incorrect discount codes.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders. If a product is defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Coupon/Discount Codes

  • Coupon codes and discounts cannot be applied to wholesale orders due to our low profit margins.

Reward Coupons

  • Wholesale accounts are not eligible for reward points. Although points may accumulate, they cannot be redeemed toward wholesale purchases.

Damaged Shipments

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of receipt at Lathershacksoap.com. We will replace any defective merchandise at no additional charge. Returns of damaged goods are only accepted within 10 days of delivery.
